what agent are you insured under and how good are they?

im with esurance and i hate them. im dying to switch

 

Geico. And it was cheaper than any of the other quotes I got. I am also 23, and live in the Northeast = more expensive than average.

 

You're certainly going to get every answer in the book here since you're asking about 'quality of service' that so greatly varies even within a given company based on the individual you're dealing with. That said, no answer is really worth betting on, unfortunately.
