rip off. Get an enthusiast model. Save 6 grand to get better brake and wheels than track model. People hate VDC anyways

I got my 05 Track out the door (that includes tax, license, registration, and title fees) for $35600. The price before that was something like 33700 or so.

Go to www.edmunds.com, pull up the 2005 Nissan 350z Track model for your area, print out the Invoice price, and tell them thats what you want. Don't pay anywhere near MSRP.

Go to Nissan's website: www.nissanusa.com
Build your Track Z with all the extras you want, and then look at the msrp. As a general rule, the dealers have about $3K to play with. Because they don't make a lot of track models, they may not want to go down very much. Buy your car at the end of the month, the dealers may be more willing to go down on $.
The price they gave you is too high.

it also depends on your credit score. They ran my cousin's file and he got 880 points. They finally gave in because of his credit score.

There are several excellent How to buy threads in the buying forum. Please study MSRP, invoice pricing and dealer hold-backs.

why would the dealer depends on your cousin's credit score to give him the deal for $34K? Can't he get the OTD price for $34K just paying it off cash?

Also, for the OTD price that the dealer quote me for $35300 is a '06 track model w/ side air-bag, floor mat, truck mat, alumuni kick plate..etc.
MSRP: $36125, Invoice: $32483, OTD: $35300.

Your credit score will efect how much interest you pay, but has no effect on the price of the car. One way or another, the dealer gets his money upfront, no matter how the deal is handled.

'06 track w/ side air-bag, kickplate, mats...
MSRP: $36125, Invoice: $32483, OTD: $35300.

With those figure... Is it a decent deal?
or Should I negotiate to around $34500

Exclamation

Vehicle Price + Title Fee + Reg Fee + Plate/Tag Fee + Dealer/Greed Fee = OTD
