My car has this problem, and I have seen other ppl's post saying they are having the same problem. But it seems they got their clutch and transmission replaced..
Today I brought my car to Family Nissan (Rancho Santa Margarita), they say my clutch is worn out and they charge me $1700 for new nismo clutch.
Is it really the case?? Or it is the transmission problem??
Thanks.

I've had mine stick after a bad shift(****ed up a shift and burned the hell out of the clutch). Came up after a few seconds and was back to normal after it cooled down(and stopped smelling like a$$). haha, how many miles are on your car?

My car has 32xxx mile only.
I say I want to take back my car, and i will decide to change the clutch or not later. And she told that me now it might be dangerous because my clutch was worn out quite a lot.
I dont know should I change my clutch or not..
Or should I go to Performance nissan and have they checked for me one more time??
