I haven't received that yet. But i think i ordered a lot later than you. How did you reply back? was it a favorable reply?

 

I got one a few weeks ago. I think it was because I asked a question of them via e-mail.

 

I haven't recieved jack from NNA. Howerver, I did call them today and let them know that I haven't recieved anything from them. They took all of my information and said they would research my order and send a confirmation. Does this sound right to you guys?

Yep, I recieved one too. After I called regarding upcomming auto shows. At least 5 weeks ago.

 

I would also like the contact information for NNA. I would feel better having an official acknowledgment of my order. They did email me the questionnaire on performance parts, so I know they have my email address.

 

i called 1800nissan1. told them that i ordered and i was wondering about confirmations. and bam - 24 hours later i got two phone calls. i sent an email through the website, but that takes longer than calling. goodluck!

 

I got busted very badly for posting direct phone numbers to the people that fix everything at nissan.

I did that and nissan and zcar monitors when nuts. But atleast alot of people got confirmations and their orders fixed.

so customer wins at my expense.

 

The number posted (1 800 647 7261) is also on the NissanDriven web page as the listing for Nissan America Consumer Affairs. The folks who answer the phone are very helpful and professional. I did not get the feeling I was asking them to do something outside their job.

Hopefully they'll get me my confirmation info soon.

Yep, I got mine about 3 weeks ago. I'm not sure if I got it because I called Nissan or because I emailed them. Either way, I made a comment at the bottom of the survey about Nissan not being able to give me exact final perfomance figures (HP, Torque 0-60 etc...) on somthing that I just spent $34k on. Later dayzzzzzzz
