Question Need HELP: Tire /wheel setup

Ok Guys......I currently have 17" stock wheels and stock Potenzas on my 2005 Touring. Now, after about 20,000 miles, both of my rear tires are WORN out and are ready to die any minute now. I was planning to get after market wheels and tires for my car anyway and now seems like the perfect time to get everything. After looking around for a good while I have decided on going with the Tenzo GF 7's. What I am not trying to decide is what setup to go with?

Staggered fitment: 19 x 8 Front and 19 x 10 Rear Setup
OR 18 x 7.5 Front and 19 x 10 ( 8 ? ) Rear Setup * they dont have anything wider that 7.5 for the 18's

I have heard different opinions about each setup. My contact at the local Nissan delearship is telling me to go with 19 all the way around to avoid problems. He also told me that if I do go with the 18 inch wheels in the front I will have to lower my car and also get a new spring kit. Is this true?
My friend who works with cars all the time is telling me to go with the 18 Front and the 19 Rear setup. Are there any advantages with this setup compared to having 19" rims all the way around? I am just a little confused about this ( this is frist time getting after market wheels for a car ), so any help would be appretiated. ( Yes I have searched the forms ).

Also, do guys have any suggestions about what tires get? I am thinking about Toyos but any suggestions would help. I am not that familiar with what Tires work best with the Z.
Last but not least ....Any suggestions about the wheels itself? What do you guys think about Tenzos. I have a super black Z and I will be getting these in Gun metal ( wanted to get black...but I really think that black wheels on a black car would be overkill ) with a chrome lip. If any of you guys have any pictures of these wheels on the Z please post.

I have attached a pic of the Tenzos I hope to get.........Again, guys I NEED to get these wheels / Tires a.s.a.p so any suggestions would really help. Thanks a bunch.

P.S. For anyone in the Houston area.....any suggestions on a good place to go to get these wheels / Tires ? I am hoping to get some kind of package deal.

Just talked to Tenzo's Sales rep. Got some more info abuot these wheels....

Weight: 25 lbs Front, 28 lbs Rear
Offsets: 25 Front, 30 Rear

I have no idea how much do the farctory wheels weigh. Anyone here has that info available? Is 25 - 28 lbs about the average weight for after market 19" wheels. Thanks.

Considering the questions asked, I recommend that you shop online for a retailer familiar with 350Z wheels. Allow a knowledgeable staff person to select the correct offsets and proper size tires. Have them delivered mounted and balanced ready to install.
