Everything looks fantastic. You stated you have the Seibon CF fenders, and are the first person I found who has these.

My question: Did they bolt right up without any modification? I.E., perfect fit?

Thank you sir.

They need modifications, but fit way better then the Carbon Creations.
The CC fenders stuck out about half an inch where it touches the door and the area where they bolt to the fender was twisted up. To fix them you would have to break all the CF and glass new mounts on. It was way cheaper to send them back and get the seibon fenders.

Thumbs up Thanks to Intense Motorsports

Since this discussion is coming to a close. I would like to thank Intense Motorsports for all their help and hooking me up with all my parts. There were many parts that didnt fit, but IM took care of everything and stuck with me.
Great customer support. Thanks Darren.

Everything looks cool about your car, but I think I would of gone with something a tad more cool looking then Dark Phoenix.. just my opinion tho..
Hey, someone else who has heard of Yucca Valley. I grew up there. I think I'm the only person from Yucca who isn't on meth. Never saw that car, but I wasn't into cars growing up. Skateboarding.

Just because you saw him on TV with Jesse James doesn't mean that he was the inventor of it. Autoartbythekid has articles in car magazines way before lavellee got his name. Articles date back to 1998. Oh snap.

BTW autoartbythekid.com has been painting it way back in 96'. Mike Lavellee is a lame ***.

Mike started in 1979. He only recently became famous for the technique.

Hmmm.... If Jesse James and Chip Foose use this guy, that must mean something. Guess their lame too.... Guess Sandra Bullock isnt hot either...

Mike started what in the 70's??? Painting??? So what. I like Sandra, but have you woken up next to her without makeup?? I really dont care either way for Jesse. All I am saying is that Mike is a copy cat that got a break using someone else's ideas, which btw aren't even nearly as good. Did you even check out the website? Charles fire is the best out there and yes, the first to get recognized. But if you believe everything you see on TV, so be it.

BTW, did Mike paint your car?

I had the paint done different from both.
Neither one of these guys would have put 40 hours into the flames like my guy did. He combined true fire with spawn, which is just what I wanted. So in my mind, my flames are the best. Its what I like, and only I have to agree with that.

Besides, once painters get popular, they start to spray and go and forget what its all about. Just as long as their names on the car.

Never got the kids site to work anyways. The site was done incorrectly.

I do apologize to you for starting this. I do think that your car is nice and my words were poorly choosen. I just checked his website and it worked fine.

Anyways, my apologies. Enjoy your car and hopefully we will see it completed real soon.

Tom,

Looking tiiite. Dunno about the drama on this thread, but it looks like everything's cool and the gang. I made that slogan up btw.. it's just a coincidence that there was a funk band started in the mid-sixties with the exact name, and that Samuel L. Jackson said it in Pulp Fiction..
