I had 2 beatup civic and an integra rev hard at in all in one day last week..
fades paint, rusting hood.. dangling body kit.. zup with that? Is FF3 still in the theaters?

Nothing wrong with it, a couple of months ago a really beat up CRX with some unpainted dangling body kit reved it's engine at me. They just wanted to hear my aftermarket exhaust. So I gave a couple of revs, they loved it and gave me the thumbs up. Some people just like to hear how your car sound and rev at your car.

 

My buddy just bought a beat up '94 civic h/b with a hybrid b16/b18c1 with built bottom end for $3800...so watch out. But your right, he would follow you until you raced him!

Everybody used to rev at me in my Corvette including some 350Zs.

Most of the time I would just slip it into neutral and give the zit-faced teens in their junky ricetoys a 6K blast and watch them shrink down in their seat.

 

The sad thing is when most of them rev you only hear the engine.

I don't mind them so much. I use to own a civic, although it was tastefully done. No kit. just rims and go fast parts. Most of the kids now-a-days just like the look. No money for the fast stuff. Kind of funny.
