i'll say Wheel first. Bodykit with stock wheel look kinda weird.

I love that kit. Everyone else hates it. Says its not durable and I should get the more durable kits. Only problem is they're twice the price

definitely wheels first b/c they give you a performance and aesthetic upgrade. Wider tires= better grip

rims. you'll love your car more instantly. you might even decide you dont need to add a body kit to the already beautiful design. then you can spend money on performance parts instead.

You should get rims first. I always tell my friends that if you want to change something in their cars, do a tint and rims and your car will totally look different.
I would also just get the lip only on that body kit.
