if g's and z's are sister cars, then why would a g just randomly cut-off that z in the OP? shouldn't we all get along? why do g's and z's compete then? im not saying they shouldn't be, they should. but it's natural to compare. whatever dudes im out. i would've thought this was a G forum.

maybe it's the driver?

there are good and bad drivers for every brand and model of cars. We have them too.

Let's all simmer down now...or this thread is going to get ugly quick...

No offense, but if that's it, move on. The fact is all he did is get your adrenaline rushing for a few moments... no damage, no injuries, no $$... move on.

well im sure the G didnt just randomly take control away from the driver and then swerve. This A-hole Driver could have been in any car and caused problems it just happens that it was a G who wanted to play (or kill you however you want to put it). And as to your comment its not that this ia a G forums its that the forum isnt full of a bunch of haters that only like there car we can all appreciate different cars and give you more then one point of view. If you want a biased discussion then go talk to urself.

gotta say I agree 100%. G drivers tend to think that their POS' are da bomb. whatever. I got the Z because it ain't the kinda car some lil old lady's gonna drive to p/u groceries. Similar maybe - but absolutely different image.

to the OP, dude you're on LI. I lived there for 23 years. That's just the way lane changes are done. If you can't handle it, get off the island, J/K. I know exactly what you speak of. Growing up I thought my friends and everyone else was crazy because that's how things were done. I could never drive that way, something about respect or something. Anyway, be careful because someone you get mad at could be my sisters.

Hey guys. At least I got some laughs from this thread. I didn't mean to instigate the soon to be classic G vs. Z thing again. It's the driver, not the car. I've had Minivans and late 80's GM's try this stuff, not this bad though.

HighwaySpeed- You are so right about it being a road course. Dinner was okay, thanks for asking. I was trying to enjoy some seafood, but my girlfriend started to ponder whether this crap would happen again. She actually misses my old Acura now. Took a while, but we both decided to not stress so much about it.

I must say, I was pretty irate when I got home. I had quite a temper on me when I was a bit younger. However, after reading some of the posters comments stating that I should be happy to be ok, I realized that I should just chill out. Yeah, I definitely have to move on.

Ichigo- Thanks for the words, man. I had some pretty tough English teachers growing up. They drilled into me that I wouldn't be taken seriously at all if I didn't practice proper grammar usage. No body's perfect though. The Penn Turnpike is really crazy at times, be careful.

Techcontrol- Oh yeah, I know how it's done in NY. It's aggressive or get off the road, but this dude had nothing in front of him. He just dived across just because he wanted to. It was malicious. A yellow cab driver has nothing on him. How's driving out in Texas?

Oh yeah, i was just giving you chit. Driving in TX is like driving Ms. Daisy vs the Special Olympics. Give them a 70mph speed limit and they do 60 during dry weather. When it rains they do 80 and cause a 6 car accident. If you drive anything smaller then a 1-ton truck they don't see you. It's visious out here. LOL

I'm thinking the OP needs to loosen up and move on with life.

And you said "ruined a special night?" Ruined a special night? WHY?

PS did you over react and SLAM on the brakes almost getting rearended? I am thinking he cut you off and was going at least the same speed in order to get in front of you without hitting you. Pretty sure you slamming the brakes was not needed. But then again, I wasn't there.

I know that car, I've seen it a few times. Gotta love the out of state plates - classic insurance fraud. I don't know the kid, but he looks like a douche bag from what I remember.

I've been cut off worse in a gd Pinto, it prob. had nothing to do with Z / G. This is bad driving. Tell your girlfriend this can be prevented by walking. If your in a car, your gonna get cutoff. It happens.

eddyrox, alexfair, AUS10TAT10US,

You guys are all total morons, obviously some young inmature kids. Put it this way, anyone who gets a G/Z gets it for different reasons. I got a G because I wanted a sporty car with a nice blend of luxury. Otherwise I would have gotten a Z.

And yes G's and Z's are the same car with a different cover, well the G's also a little fatter .

THATS IT.

(Everyone who starts this G vs Z crap needs to just get out of these forums... I respect both)
