Also very few banks if any will finance a Salvage title, so unless someone has cash and doesnt go to the trouble to search the title I wouldnt expect more then 15K... but am no expert

ya 20-24k thats what im going to do

Yeah bro, take out the stereo system at least... that won't raise the value much at all. Electronics depreciate pretty quickly.

left book on an 03 with 39k miles is probably around say $17k-$18k...I'd probably appraise that for $10k-$12k...

damn.......there is no way im going to sell it then....i need to get atleast like 18 for the car or its not worth selling. I fixed it up originally to keep it forever because i knew salvage title vehicles dont sell for a lot because people are afraid of the salvage title but now i need college money.....well if it sells for 18 it sells if not i'll just keep it! thanks for the help!

We get a lot of "Titled" 350Z's up here. Dealers usually sell them for around $20,000 CDN.

+1 on the buyer needing to have cash in hand. Most finance companies will not work with a salvaged vehicle as it can jeopardize their collateral.

I would say 15k at max you will get with mods. I just bougt my 2004 Base Z last month, had full exhaust, intake and 19" wheels on it and paid $19,500 with 29,000 miles on it and a clean title and this was from a dealer, not private party.

Good luck with your sale.
