Amazing that people in NYC actually pay these prices for an apartment...for $2,500, they probably have a super-tiny 1 bedroom or studio apt.

They are LITERALLY throwing $ away!

I just bought a full size, split level home with 3+ rooms, with brand new appliances included + new water heater + new carpeting + full garage and my mortgage is $1700/mo.

Maybe your cuz should consider buying a home in North Jersey and getting a car. Although I know the commute to NYC from NJ is a major PITA!

 

I think he lives in Queens...very different than Manhattan.

I wouldn't get an H3. Keep the Z and get a $3,000 civic or something. Realistically, there are probably only 3 days a year where you NEED 4WD.

 

no not h3, looks good, but its inline 5 cilinder. underpowered, low quality. tyota fj cruiser best bet. itreally has for doors and its spaciuos andits cool and its toyota
