Default 350Z Sport Horn Set

http://www.courtesyparts.com/Merchan...ode=Z33JP-HRNS

Does anyone have these on their Z? I am wondering if they are louder than the regular horns that come stock. I wish I could hear them, they look nice though.

Either this or an airhorn set. Anyone have those hooked up??

does anyone have a sound clip and are they louder at all. The look of the horns mean nothing since they are tucked behind the bumper and radiator.

I have them.

They are not as loud.

They are higher pitched and sound really nice IMO.

I've been thinking about switching back, because stock is a little louder and therefore safer.

I want LOUDER for sure. The stock is pretty loud, but when I need someone to move, I want to be sure they get my attention.

Anyone got Air horns, now THAT would make them move!

They are not louder and they are a little higher pitched. I took mine off to make room for my intercooler. If someone gets there hands on a set of QX56 horns those are loud

Yeah, I have them as well. As stated above, they are higher pitched (think Euro sports car horn) and not any louder than stock.

If you want louder, I've heard that if you get just the lower tone horn from the QX4 and wire it in with the stock horns, you will get much louder and better horn performance. I know some FX guys that have done this (I think they have the same horns as the Z. No sound clips, though...

Where did you buy the Stebels from? Got a link? Those things sound like they would scare people out of their minds, just the ticket! Someone suggested Nismo JDM horns but I couldnt find any links to it.

My roommate has train horns on his blazer and they are ridiculously loud. He gets a kick out of scarring the crap out of ppl, very funny until he did it to a cop who had him pay a hefty fine. This guy jumped straight in the air and fell to the ground in the fetal position, well worth the ticket IMO, just priceless. I recently got a good deal on the JDM horns, ill let you guys know my opinion of them when they get here.

Got the Stebel horns from http://www.hornsplusauto.com/, the same place the orig. poster mentioned in the post I referred to. They also have one with a built in compressor, which motorcycle folks are using (do a web search.) I guess if you want it really loud, you could go with a pair of those.

So do the magnum ones just plug into the the factory locations and do you need an adapter?

I am thinking about a pair of the stebel chrome ones.
