The signature size is VERY small. I tried the other night and couldn't use it because it looked terrible so small.

I just went premium too ... you have make sure your pic is smaller then 243 width by 60 pixels height. Otherwise it won't read it. Although mine is 198X119 so I have no idea why I could post it.
