emu29, droid', goober, scafremon .... you are all correct in "encouraging" Nissan to improve communication. The funny thing is, THE DEALERS ALREADY HAVE THE INFORMATION WE WANT!!! Every stinking week, if not more frequently, Nissan faxes the production/delivery schedule for all of a dealer's incoming new cars identified by individual order numbers. The general manager of each dealership has this information ... he just needs to get pro-active and read the info and share it with the "expectant" future owners. I have copies of all of those reports in my "Z" file, but only after continual badgering.

Hind sight is 20/20...COULD Nissan have done a few things better to date, sure. Have they done a good job so far, yes.

The pros outway the cons. Period.
