Default Un****ingbelievable...How does this happen to a person?

Last night i went to sleep at at around 4am and i had work at 7am...i get up dreadfully and go to work. As some of you may know i just recently got my Z back (Thursday night) after having it in the shop for 3 weeks because a big U-Haul truck hit into me, about 4 weeks ago today. So after work im going to the bank to get my check cashed and i park outside the bank. I walk into the bank and get in line. Some minutes go by, and im still in line and i see this weird man to the left of me. An employee asks him if he needs help and he says, "Yeah .. someone in here has a Nissan 350z" and i turn to him and say "yeah me.." and he says "oh im so sorry i just hit into your car" I was devasted and furious at the same time. I hadnt even had my car for 2 days and this **** happens. So I walk out to with him and he shows me he was backing up and scraped into my car, luckily there seems to be no dent in my bumper, but still scraped around 8 inches long and 6 inches wide on my rear bumper. We exchange information, blah blah, and he says sorry a bunch of times and I thank him for being honest and we go our ways. I go back into the bank, wait in line for a little, go to the bank person, come out..walk to my car sit inside and turn my car on. Im so frustrated i shut my music off, organized my things and just as i was putting my wallet aside, BAM! some mother****er hit into me, AGAIN! . I couldn't believe it, I get out REALLY pissed off and go to see it some 16 year old kid looking guy, and i'm like "are you ****ing serious?" And he said he's so sorry blah blah blah. By now i was so fed up with everything, I asked him if he had a license and insurance and he said yes, i get his info down, and said i'll call him tonight. The same exact thing happend two times in a row, same spot, same damage. The second one added some more scrapes and what not, but again did not dent the bumper, but, by the rear turn signal, it seems as though the frame around it has a little bump in it now, so i'm not sure. This was my ****ing day.
I guess i'll post the pic I took once it comes to my e-mail, its lagging now.

End rant. (Not really)

man. i am sorry to hear that. not once but twice. i'm surpised you held your temper so well. i probably would have pulled out one of my golf clubs and started beating something. did you say it was hit in the same spot? if so, you could get money from both people for the same thing.

Awe dude that is soooo ****ed up!! I feel your pain bro. But you know what? As i was reading it I could not help but start to laugh. No, not laughing at you but the story is just funny. Been out of the shop for 2 days after 3 weeks and then that happened twice within prolly 15 minutes at the bank. Oh man that is a classic. Sorry it had to happen to you and a Z!!

Well now you can keep some left over insurance money cuz you'll only need enough from one person to make it new....the money from the other person = lotsa beer

if it wasn't for bad luck you'd have no luck at all.

Tell the insurance you'll fix it yourself. I did. Bought a bumper for $100 as well as many other things for my car over in the "for sale" section. Had a bit more damage that you though...

At first I thought here's another "I got hit" story... No not you! just getting it back and then getting hit twice within a few minutes, you got the luck! I thought for a second there you were going to lay into the kid! Sucks but sounds minimal.

holy ****! sorry man it happened to you, the road (or parking lot in this case) is full of idiots not knowing how to drive...

I had the same thing happen to me 3 times in one day, but I had a Pontiac Grand Am back then, so no big deal...

if the damages were not that bad, you should've told each of them to give you 300 bucks for damages and forget about it.... (they are by the bank, so no excuses like "oh i dont have my check book on me") if they dont agree you tell them you calling the police and filing the report and go through insurance and whatnot. Most ppl dont agree to that (who wants their insurance to go up, right?) so they just pay you.... I got 800 that day for damages that i didnt even really have, just a few scratches on a GA that i didnt even care about... haha...

Also, I recommend you to get rid of this car...its going to happen more and more ... If you had that 3 times already, and in such short periods of time...its gonna happen more, i dont know... maybe be I am way too superstitious about things like that, but I think your car has a bad luck; Ive had cars like this and it doesnt end untill you get rid of it.

LOL, no ****, man, you got a Z now; you gotta learn to park it proper. These cars just seem to attract idiots.

Glad it's not too bad, though; you'll have her fixed up in no time.

Well..here's what you do. Get an estimate and send it to both of them...they both pay you and you make a little bit of money. haha

Well, I'd say you're unlucky for having people hit you, but lucky in the respect that both incidences happened back to back. If you decide to file a claim with your insurance company, try to get them believe all that damage happened in ONE incident, not two (is that possible/believeable? I haven't looked at all your pics) That way you only have to file one claim, rather than 2 additional ones.
