What does it mean???
---------put a load on your engine,-------
both during acceleration and during compression braking. This puts pressure on your compression rings, making them conform to properly fit your cylinder. Don't get too crazy with it, though, or you could end up losing a % of compression, and you're not going to get that back.
How do i do that???

Give your engine a good acceleration as well as do some engine braking from an upper RPM. Again, like the article states, don't go crazy and redline the snot out of your engine and then break hard while in gear. All this will help the break in period.
