Default Odd thuds coming from car?

I just changed my suspension to Tein Basic Coilovers. At first, the left side would be making this weird noise going over small bumps. Almost sounds like heavy basketballs dribbling. I dont know how else to describe it. But now I have both front sides making the sound. Is it possible that my strut mounts are bad? Or could it be something worse? Anybody have this problem?

I get the same sound in the back at low speeds, usually driving in parking lots. The difference, however, is that my car is all stock. At this point, I have no clue what it could be.
