Personally, I like the grille, but then I'm biased....
Ultimately, it all boils down to "what look are you going for?" Some colors look great with a billet grille, others don't. The silver grille with silver wheels looks good on a dark color car. If you had black or gold wheels, then the grille really wouldn't go.

The stillen spoiler looks close, but it is not it. The stillen spoiler requires removal of the 350Z emblem on the back of the car. http://www.i-m-racing.com/stty1uresp35.html
