I got lucky and someone hit my car while it was parked... Insurance paid for half the job... the rest was out of pocket...
But, depending on the shop.. it could be anywhere from $3K and up!
If you want your car a different color, then go for it. I may go the same route this spring.
I have CS now and may go with something similiar, like liquid aluminum.
I may get away without having to get all the door jams, etc. painted if I do.
The Supra anthracite is definitely sweet.

Good luck.
Good luck.
RSP has got to be my all time favorite color on any car period. Second would be Maserati's Mediterranean Blue. Toyata really suprised me with the RSP.

About the only color I'd consider if I ever got tired of MB would be a dark blood red. Like, darker than brickyard. But that's just me. Get whatever color that best suits you and your personal taste. I don't think any less of a person if they don't like the stock options for paint. And all I ever hear about anyways is how cheap the paint Nissan puts on the car and how it chips and flakes. If you are going to do it though, do it right and pay through the nose. Get like 4 layers of clear or more. Just go ape****. But only do it if you plan to keep the car. Like somebody else said, it'll hurt the resale value.
I would never repaint my car another OEM color.
Either fix damaged body work and respray the same paint, or go with some rare sexy color like that Anthracite/ Charcoal, Candy red or something of the sort. It would only be worth the bucks for something exotic.

That is one sexy Z, and if I were to repaint my car, that would definitely have to be on the list of colors I would go with. What color is the Z thats parked in front of you in the first pic?
