Default Car Covers for the 350z

I want to purchase a car cover. I have done a bit or research and, based of what I've found, it seems like the NIssan cover with the Weathershield fabric seems quite effective.

Has any owner used this, or any cover, and can they give a bit of feedback? I have always found this forum to be an excellent source of good info on our cars, and how to maintain them.

Thanks everyone

I purchased one of those covers back in September when I got my "Z". It does the job 100%. During all the big snow storms, The cover kept any moisture from getting to the car. It fits great and takes about 5 minutes to put on. As fas as I'm concerned, it's a winner.

I, too, am very satisfied with the Nissan car cover.

It is manufactured by Covercraft and is identical to the WeatherShield C16362. The Nissan cover has the Z logo on the front and should be less expensive if purchased through the dealer.

The fit is tight and, with help, goes on in thirty seconds. By yourself, with the cover sliding all over the car, two or three minutes.

For those interested, the Nissan factory cover which is made by Covercraft is part number 999N2-ZP000. I paid $167.50 + tax for mine. A small price to pay to keep your $30,000+ car clean.
