Some kids put a cart on my bumper and laughed about it 1 night. I seriously picked the cart up and threw it at their jeep. They didn't laugh anymore. People need to respect things and stop acting like they're someone special. Everyone expects other people to kiss their *** and let them run all over the world.
I feel the same way. I think in this case it was more an accident but I still blame it on her because she knew what she did and didn't even fess up to her mistake. If I seem someone do something to my Z and I know its on purpose, they better get ready. Some serious sh*t is about to happen. I have a horrible temper when it comes to immaturity and ignorance.

I can relate to having a horrible temper with immaturity, ignorance, and dishonesty. I am extra careful even if I'm driving a beater. I've seen old people slam their doors on a brand new Cadillac into another car and lean on it to get out. Sure, they're old and they "can't help it." Well, their insurance is still paying to fix my car if it happens to me. I don't discriminate. If they can't get around without plowing a door into someone and leaning, they need to get help from someone when getting out or buy a walker. I'm beating the horse tho, going into related topics.

I know the girl probably didn't mean to hit his door, but that isn't the point. The point is that she damaged someone else's property, while most likely knowing that she did it, and just shrugged it off. People like that need to face some sort of repercussion. I would have lost it. I go ape over stuff like this.

I would try to resolve it in a civilized manner. Show her the tape, and with the help of a lawyer, I'm sure you will be fine.

That sucks. I have a ding on my pass. side rear fender flare right on the crease and I can't get it popped without chipping the paint so I just have to live with it. Somebody dinged it hard about 1 month after I bought the damn thing.
