So i like how my clutch is burnt
Sooo i was practicing on a little launching ( 3K ) and this happend to be my first time launching and lets just say it didnt go as planned,
, well after i was done TRYING to launch twice a friend of mine just looked at me and nodded and got in my car and just did a great launch, which made me feel like ****, but then i started to notice this BURNING smell the smell of my clutch i suppose. my friend had this smell on his type s a while ago and the dealership actually coverd it sicne it was still quite new. Im wondering if the dealer will actually cover mine =/. Anybody else ever have this BURNING smell from the clutch that was really strong and lasted for a while...
Thanks

There.
There's your flame...
If you want to practice, then practice at the dragstrip. You can see your progress on the time slip. You can take the car to the dealer, and tell them that the clutch smells. But I don't think that a smelly clutch is covered under warranty.

They should just automatically ban people with "Thug" or "gangsta" in their screen name. I always imagine some skinny white dude with glasses, braces, and greasy hair posting when I see a screen name like that.
