I didn't get a tracking number but, I did get what I ordered from them. No big deal. Darren and Intense have been real good to me so far.

It's the holidays . . . intensepower will take care of you. They're a reputable vendor on this site. Nothing to worry about.

#1: Its the Holiday's

#2: They are in the midst of construction in their new offices.

#3: YOU SHOULD CONTACT THEM DIRECTLY INSTEAD OF POSTING ABOUT THEM ON THE FORUM LIKE THIS. THEY ARE VERY GOOD VENDORS AND VERY RESPECTED HERE ON THE FORUMS.

#4: way to start off your posting on the forum all 3 posts.

Per his post, he tried "no tracking number, dont reply to emails, dont answer the phone, cant leave a message all mailboxes are full"

He didn't accuse them of anything nefarious, he just wanted reassurance, and that's what he got.

HOLIDAY HOURS: CLOSED DECEMBER 25TH THROUGH JAN 1ST. ALL ORDERS PLACED ONLINE WILL BE SHIPPED AFTER JAN. 2ND
He should have tried contacting them when they were open for business

yeah i tried contacting them directly before i posted, twice before dec. 25 and 5 different times after jan 1 including this morning when i called twice and got no answer both times and was not able to leave a message. i never accused anyone of anthing or put down their company in any way. i just wanted to know if anyone else was able to get in touch with them or if they had the any info on another way to contact them! im sorry i dont have 5000 post like that would make my question any more relavent...plus this forum is full of peple with hundreds of post that still give crap information and have no clue what their talking about!

Jeff,

It was good to talk to you today. Thanks for your thread and your order btw. Guys, it's coo man (even though I appreciate you coming to my side ). He has a legitimate concern, as we were hella overrun with internet orders, Pm's, emails, etc during the holiday. Our voice mail boxes are still full. Additionally, we are doing construction in our office area (as John attested to), which takes a couple of our office guys out of the picture, and without warning sometimes will inhibit us from answering phones during portions of the day
Anywayz, I'd say that we're 85% through our PM's and emails, and should be 100% business as usual by Friday. Thanks for everyone's patience, as I'm sure Jeff's not the only one with this type of concern.

Darren (needs a raise..)
