The Nissanusa.com website is up to date. Now has the 2007 Z on it. The funny thing is the picture when you build it does not show the new hood?

With those pics, it's like they want us to hate the hood

 

Is it just me, or does the hood look like Nissan photoshopped it in. Especially on the red Z in the 2nd pic and the silver one in the 4th.

Yeah, it does. It really doesn't change the dead-on side profile that drastically unless you're looking for it.

Those are photoshopped. I looked at my 06 brochure and they are the same pics, especially the red one.

Yup, all these hood haters are just jealous they don't have an 07. Just like the 06 tail lights, we're gonna have a bunch of poser retrofitting them once they become "Cool"

So the only thing you guys don't like about the 07 is the hood, but as for me I actually like it. Its something new where it isnt our of this world but ill take a 07 over the previous model anyday and so would you, if I had a 03-06 i'll actually be jealous of the 07 with a new engine, higher rev, better tires. Ill play it off by saying, "blah HOOD IS WACK" but deep inside "daymn I want that sh**". O and to make you hood haters more angry, maybe the HR engine responds better to mods?

 

I was looking at the specs and noticed the mpg is 20/27, improved over my 06 estimates. More HP and better mpg. Damn shoulda waited for an 07.
