What you do is have the volume down low, come to a complete stop. With your left hand you open your drivers door, and with your right hand you turn the volume **** up. That way you can make that Vin Diesel like entrance the night he met Paul Walker and raced for slips. Remember to lower your volume when getting back in the car and shutting your door so that nobody thinks you are the fraud that you are.

The way it works is, by completely covering the speakers with the mat, it only allows the longest wavelengths to exit the enclosure. These wavelengths carry much less energy and therefore, do not travel as far. This means you will be able to hear your music great, but after about 4 feet from your subs, no one will be able to hear a thing! For your application, I recommend getting at least 100 sq.ft. of dynamat and probably doing 2-4 layers per speaker. Of course, you'll have to make slits in the material to run the wiring to the leads.
Good luck!

Why isn't this at least under the "useless thread". Where are the monitors? So any selfish idiot can come on here and play unsuspecting members for fools? Allow this guy and any question can be suspect of a put-on and make helpful members shy of responding. Only a relative would not ban him again.
