I just picked up a 2007 MB Touring with Burnt orange interior the other day. Took a couple pictures for everyone. Also a couple videos of the exhaust because I know a few people wanted to hear the difference.
The main difference between my 04 and the 07 is definitively the motor. It is so much smoother and the over all car feels solid. Shifting feels easier and the clutch is softer. Inside the car you can really hear the dual intakes more than anything. As far as performance goes compared to my 04, its faster. It feels odd though, the power is like the new IS350 but faster. The increased rev is nuts. The 04 always felt like it was being held back now the 07 feels very very free flowing. I hope this helps anyone. I can take more pictures or videos if anyone wants. Thanks ... o and the hood bump is sweet. It always was strange looking in pictures, but in person its nice.

I think it sounds a bit different. Maybe the camera mic, but it sounds a bit different.

I thought the 07 was supposed to have true dual exhaust. It doesn't look like in that pic.

i cant even imagine how sick these things are gonna sound with dual Pop chargers.

Stock they sound the same to me. propably different in person.

 

Not really I am an impulse buyer so that hurt. Car was 32,300 trade in was 16,100 it had 50,000 miles and interior was a mess from stereo. I'm gonna try to not touch the inside of the car for a while, I can live with the Bose... for now.
