I don't get the concept of a beater, if you buy nice car why not enjoy it everyday. The Z is my only car and i abuse the sh*t out of it everyday.

I had a 2001 Nissan Maxima until today when I sold it, now it looks like the Z will be my everyday ride. Now I don't have any reason not to drive it!!!

This is the most idiotic comment I have seen in awhile, hey dumbass not everyone lives in Cali. Have you ever tried to drive your Z in the snow, didn't think so.

You wanted something the total opposite of a Z and you succeded!

Even though my 2WD PU is pretty much the opposite of the Z as well, I'm planning to get rid of the truck and buy a new '08 tacoma 4x4, with Super swampers and mild lift, so I can play around in the mud.

This way I won't need a sportbike (Z takes care of the speed catagory) or a dirt bike (Tacoma will take care of that). My body is getting too old to ride dirt bikes the way I like to ride them anymore.

1992 Infiniti G20 - Bought for $1000, did some minor repairs and maintenance and it runs great every day. Doesnt look so great but it was about the best grand I have ever spent as far as ROI.

You have to be a d*ck, and my comment was for the people that don't drive their cars because they don't want to put miles on it. Obviously if you live in a place where it snow 4 months out of a year, yea it makes since to have a second car. But, this thread is concerning DD, and not necessarily a car for winter driving. Be a little more respectful in the future and not sound like a complete a**hole.
