Calling a reisitor a "Chip" is misleading.

When I originally set up ATC it was under the pretense that he would sell custom license plate frames only. The other products that he decided to sell are not what we feel the site and it's vendors should represent. I have all his information and felt that he would be fine to sell his frame. Obviously he also decided to sell products that we're not initially discussed and thus his sponsorship was removed and his money refunded.
