Yes, that is what I am now. Ever since I got an 07 people refer to me as "the guy with the hump on his hood." I am sick and tired of it. No matter where I go, no matter what I do. Whenever I walk by people go, "hey, there goes that guy with the hump on his hood." I just want to be a normal Z driver. Why Nissan!?!??! Why did you do this to me?!?!?

 

The new engine more than makes up for it IMO.

 

I have the perfect solution for you!! Trade ya my 03 for your 07.

 

I wouldn't worry about what others think. If you enjoy driving your new Z, that's all that matters.

hump looks good from every angle expect the profile. unfortunately the profile is one of my favorite angles when looking at a Z

Anyways I've never heard of this. Everybody that has seen my old 03 and my new 07 loves the new hood :/ To each his own I guess.

 

The hood is.....unique in its own way. Just like when somebody walks around with a slouched back. I guess thats unique too.
