Orange is the shiznit!! It looks like a show car and doesn't blend in with the rest of the crowds (Black, Silver, White & other boring colors).

A lot of the new '07 came in the a very similar orange like the Z , for example, the Mustang and the GTI are the ones I've seen so far.

To the original poster, the car definitely has a shiny metallic flake to it. Your just not going to see it when its sitting in the shade like that. Go back when the sun hits it and you'll see. It flares to almost a yellowish color, looks really awesome.

 

I hated it at first until I saw it in person in the Sun. Very cool, just not my taste and mostly, a cop magnet.

 

Orange looks good, but not something I would drive. Why would you want all that attention for a nissan? Maybe a lambo, or something, or if you're a 16 year-old girl. Plus it makes the front look even worse.

 

I test drove one just for fun when my friend was at a Nissan dealership here. Coincidentally it was the Solar Orange, lol. Does anyone know if the new hood actually offers more space under the hood? Like enough for a larger plenum spacer without modding the hood?

even in the shade I looked close at the paint and I just didn't like it. I don't care if it looks better in the sun. It's got to look good in the sun AND in the shade. You either like it or you don't . I liked the lemans sunset orange much better.

 

I am so god damn pissed they got rid of lemans sunset. THE NEW ORANGE IS FUGLY.

I like the orange, but Nissan charges an extra $500 for it.

 

I'm not feeling the Orange..... I dunno. Maybe some gold brembos would make it look better.

 

Or orange Brembos. Now that would be sick.

 

You might be alone on this one.

 

The '94-95 Mustang had a similar color available too, looks better on the Stang.
