Hey all,
I am working on creating a 3d model of the 350z for my digital animation class. Does anyone know of any blueprints or schematic diagrams for the body? If I can get a nice set of measurements it will make my work a lot easier (and better, heh).
Also, is there anyone in the Phoenix area that wouldn't mind me measuring & photographic thier 350Z?
Thanks,
Jeff

Jeff, I'd say you're best bet might be a Tamiya model and then you'll be able to take all the "scale" dimensions you need with a caliper and ruler... Plus, you can have a working model sitting right next to you as you go - so you can double check the appearance. From what I understand & have observed, the tamiya products are probably as close to accurate dimensions as you'll get - you'll just have to bump it up a few sizes once you go to the actual dimensions.
Good luck, lets see some graphics when you get done!
