I've had a single coat of zaino last 3+ months, but now I try to zaino at least monthly cause I enjoy it, with the detailing spray for minor clean up between washes. I just haven't found another wax/product that seems to work better.

I have a car show next saturday and I do not have time to wash/clay/wash/wax later in the week so I did the full detail including interior and complete engine bay along with the full exterior and then promptly put it in the garage with cover. Gonna suck not driving it until Sat. morning.

Also if anyone is interested there is a free car show in Oklahoma City on March 31st. Judging starts at 12:30 and Fenton Nissan is sponsoring so it is free to all Z's and they will server lunch w/ drinks for all participants.

The Oklahoma Z Car Club will be judging (www.okzcc.com)

I LOVE to take my car out right after it's been detailed. What's the point of getting it all hot and sexy if you don't get to play with it. ;-)

I think you should have avoided the polishing step. Its a new car, it doesnt need it.

Calinornia duster and Quick detailer! That stuff is amazing. I sweep it in the morning when its warmin gup and when theres bird stuff or anything, I quick detail it and it looks great!

I gave my ZR a complete Zaino treatment Saturday (Z7 wash - Z2 polish - Z8 Grand Finale - Z16 Tire Gloss) and didn't drive my car all weekend. Took it to work, and after two weeks of 75+ degree weather....it rains today.

After using Zaino it made the car look almost new. Not all the swirls are gone, but it made some major differences. Well worth the price of admission. Take a look for yourself. Any comments or questions are welcomed.

Question: What's better? Meguires or Zaino. Need to order soon and want some opinions.
I did that when I got my Z, had to sign off to say I didn't want it detailed, they all thought I was nuts. lol. Then the Z had the Meguiars treatment. Personal preference.

No, as the car would have been manufactured a few months ago etc, etc, so the paint will be fully hardened by now.

I have been contemplating using the zaino and after seeing your 03 car, I think I may have to give it a shot. The shine looks great.

I checked the zaino website and it had a bunch of products. Which products did u use?
