Inspection Sticker
I recently purchased a Z (last week) and while driving around today i noticed that im missing an inspection sticker
i dont know why i missed it at the stealership.
my question is...is it the dealerships responsibility to have the sticker on there or am i at fault?
on a side note- after i turn off my engine my car seems to make crackling noises from the rear, im pretty sure its the car cooling down but im worried it might be signs of tranny problems etc.

lol crackling.
you mean like the sound of metal expanding as it cools?
or crackling like the kind you hear as you deep fry a fish.
I was under the impression that the dealer couldnt sell you a car without an inspection sticker, but i could be wrong. probably am. why dont you just shell out the money and git r done

Dealers are not responsible for inspection stickers (at least not in florida as far as i know) However they ARE responsible for registration.
I think newly purchased cars must be registered and then once the plates arrive then you can get it inspected.
