This is my second Z. I owned a Z31 a long, long, time ago. I'll prob. keep this one and upgrade to a Porsche next time around unless something else catches my eye. Unless Nissan really develops their sports car division and comes up w/ a much better package than the Z33.

Comon man....Should a brand new car rattle and squeak like its 25 years old? I dont mind a rattle her and a squeak there, but if you hear what the hell I have to deal with you would understand. My dash has been replaced twice and a everytime the delership tries to fix, the dash peices just dont fit right anymore. I am done with that vehichle, and like I said earlier, I have chalked it up as bad luck and that my ride was/is a POS. I will get another Z so that I can start enjoying the exhiliration and thrills so many people on this forum have described when they ride in their Zs.

Alright, well I don't know what your car sounds like. I can tell you'd HATE mine though, lol. And never drive a lotus!

My is a rattle trap also. As I mentioned before, my 1995 Dodge Ram 4X4 has much less rattles than my Z. To me, it is simply unacceptable & I visited the dealer many times & they did not fix them....

2 ( 03 & 06 )

I wouldn't get another one because there's NO ROOM. I knew what I was getting myself into, so that's not Nissan's fault. I love the looks and performance, but next car is going to / MUST have a back seat and trunk. Maybe an M3 or Yaris

1, an 06 Silverstone Z (best color by the way)

Would I get another? It depends on what my options are when I'm in the market to be another sports car. For the money, I don't think I could have gotten anything better.

This is my third:

Rebuilt a 78 280z in 1992/93
Rebuilt a 77 280z in 1999
Bought my 06 in October, 2006

I have been looking at the new 07 Zs but also some C6s since the Chevy dealership is down the street. I might wait for the new Camaro.

My dad is on his 4th Z: 72 240Z, 280ZX, 91 300ZX Slicktop, 06 350Z. He says his next car will be a G most likely.

Hopefully after college and all the hard work, I'll earn myself a good paying job and Ill be able to afford my own Z and keep the tradition going.

This is my first Z. I wanted a Z32 TT and/or Supra TT in college so bad but couldn't afford it. After owning this one I think I'll be moving on to something else. I'll still keep my Z33. I buy cars and keep them.

I've always loved Z's. I'll own future Z's as long as they keep making them.

I love my 2004.

I am fortunate and could have purchased a Corvette or BMW, but settled on a -Z- because I loved the overall balance and feel of the vehicle.

I am about to get my FIFTH 6mt transmission installed. It is always the same problem, the synchro for 5th gear. Yes I power-shift and this probably causes the synchro failures. I admit I drive it aggresively, and I expect the transmission to handle it. A gearbox should be bullet-proof, not the weak link in a drive-line.

If Nissan can fix this transmission problem, I'll buy another -Z- (or GT-R).

If Nissan can't, I'll never purchase another Nissan product again.
