Nah, I would say that it is just its' tongue. Their tongues always stick out a little bit after they are killed.

I killed one in my old jeep with an ARB bumper. After the state trooper did his deal, I asked if I could have the deer. He actually helped me field dress it right there! (It was 2 in the morning btw) I am a hunter and I hate waste. SO....I actually processed it and gave it to one of my local groups who provides for impoverished families. Well, all of it except the tenderloin...I kept that for myself. That ***** busted my headlight!...it was the least I could do. Before the "Tennesseean eating roadkill jokes start" To me there was no difference between my 180grain bullet and my 200lb bumper...it all cooks the same.

Well the whole poop thing is because when any animal dies it ends up crapping its pants. So when that deer went through the windshield it must've taken a big load as it died.

 

Oh dude that's terrible. So if deers can smell it a mile away better hope the be like "Aww shiat I'm going the other way!!!"
