Are you people serious? Afraid of confrontation? If some retard did that to my car I would point it out the second I notice, because then they can not deny it when you open there door and it goes right to the ding. Proof enough. Damn, she did it she needs to realize that shes a stupid idiot ***** for not bringing it up and its all her damn fault.

You can also sue her for firing you and having no reason to do so. Just approach her professional. If she gets an attitude, wait til you get of off work and beat her a$$ next time you see her somewhere.
Not in Texas. You can lay someone off for just not liking the person.

I did this to an old lady when she opened her door into mine. she was really rude about it too but there was no damage i just wanted to let her know that i was aware of what she did.
If you didn't see her do it or have a way to prove it then it's hard to confront her. She can deny it (if she's a biatch) You shoulda told her asap when you noticed it.

+1...Florida is a right work state as well. They can fire you w/o notice, for any reason (like wise, you are not required to give notice if you so choose). Signed a release when I worked at the Sheriffs office stating such and signed one at w/ my new employer as well.
My only comment on this is if you mention to your boss that she dinged your car in the lot she might say yeah she did or no she didn't . She really might not remember. Well, that was my 2nd, but my point in this is...if you are scared that your boss will fire you because you confront her about hitting your car accidently, you need to go find another job. If that is the case your job is basically gone and you are next on the chopping block. If you had a good relationship or were a good employee you wouldn't have to worry about being fired.
