i think it differs between dealerships. i got my first oil change at one.... then an automated call came saying that im due for service... so i went to a different dealership and havent gotten any calls

both places sucked. 2 hours for an oil change? do i get a turbo with that? thanks.

The salesman has actually called me several times to "check up" on me and my car. He's even asked me out to lunch. He's an old fart, too

I get the calls all the time from GM when I go in for warranty work on my GM vehicles. Giving them a bad report does no good either. Everytime I gave a bad report they'd say I'm sorry....CLICK and hang up on me.

yah, kus im sure Nissan knew it was your day off.

i think its great Nissan calls to see how their service was. theres nothing wrong with a little quality assurance. i got things in the mail asking how my deal went. if its good you should let them know. if its bad you should let them know as well. thats how they improve. the dealership up here in AK had a cookout and invited buyers to come and hang out.

Mitsu didnt do that when i bought my Lancer.

Well if they ever did i would telll them how horrible Glendale Sage Nissan is and should be closed down

+1 i live like 5 minutes from there but i wont even go there for parts. F them. F glendale infiniti too. horrible customer service when i had an infiniti too.
