Hudson Nissan (NJ) keeps calling me like every other week. Even though I had a terrible experience with them, and wrote a letter to Nissan USA about what they did.

*Told em to stop this afternoon, so we'll see if they do.

Yeah, I used to get the calls. I told them everything was great except for these check-up calls. If the service sucks - I'll let them know. No more calls .

I've received at least 3 mail surveys from some company hired by NNA as a follow up on dealerships. I understand they are used to rate dealerships, sales people and for rebates to those that do well. They are also getting feedback on what and why you bought.

It is one of the few times I think someone actually cares about the answers.

lol....we call our customers who bought cars from us to wish them happy birthday and as far as I heard, some salesmen send out cards for christmas... one guy has all the needed info in his laptop calls most of them pretty often and actually good friends with some of them now... they reffer and bring business to him... or if they buy a new car they always come to him... so... It depends if the dealership cares about their customers...

if you not being annoying and call your customers to wish them happy birthday... heh... its kinda nice, isn't it?
