Anyone familiar with this ebay seller? Is it legit and does the paint match well. I have a silverstone 350z.

Price looks somewhat legit, but the product doesn't look high quality to me at all. Also, the paint may not match perfectly even if you tell them what color Z you have (not the seller's fault). You'll need to get it painted and blended at a body shop for best results.
