I think Silver Alloy is the best off all silvers (excluding liquid aluminum) because its much brighter and looks hella sexy. Another one of my favorite is the Ultra Yellow only found on the 05's

It's a convertible. Has to be red. No question. I was taught this as a child by my uncle; he drove a variety of convertibles ever since I can remember, and every single one of them red. So I assumed this was just the natural order of things.
But seriously - I'm curious how many folks here looked for and bought a specific car, in your preferred trim line and color, and how many bought what the dealer had because it was "close enough."
I bought mine because a) I liked it, but equally as important, b) it was a left-over 2005 selling in early 2006, so I got a hell of a deal on it. For the same deal, I would have also bought either blue (Daytona Blue that year) or white, but none of the other colors. I considered myself fortunate that it was in fact my favorite color that was available.
Anybody else influenced as much by the deal as by whether it was exactly the car you wanted?

i HATE my black car because its so hard to keep clean
but damn i love her when shes washed and waxed
nothin holds a candle to a fresh clean black car with a coat of wax
might as well not even get the other cars out on the road

Interesting. If mine had come in frost leather I would have preferred it to the black interior, which can feel very hot sometimes.
By the way, I have a light grey interior in the Maxima and it's not at all difficult to keep clean.

SMB is one color that will make heads snap because it's a "sharp color" as another member said and it's different. It makes a statement that says your smart, have class, and taste all in one package. All the other colors are more like, oh that's already been done! Know what I mean?
Peace!

It's certainly not for everyone, and not everyone will like it...but I wouldn't trade my LeMans Sunset for anything...wanted it since I saw it in 03.
Damn what other people think. Somebody will always hate your color/mods/wheels/car/face...it doesn't matter as long as you're happy.

I think its easy to say from the results. 03-06 Silver is the most recommended and 07 is San Marino Blue. Like most people on here I also hang with many Z owners and they all say the same. There are more Silver than anything, and even they love my blue. In person the Blue flake it so sweet. No pic will be able to do justice for the flake.

For the 03-06's I like all but DB, silver and Brickyard imo. And for 07 all but solar orange, and silver. That solar orange looks like a pumkin and its horrible imo. Haha when I went to go test drive a new 07 the only one they had was orange and I didn't even want to be seen in that thing. So left and went to another dealership.

I was in the market for a new Nismo V2 front bumper but not like this. There goes my greddy front lip and another 1K.
