Default Anyone know user 'neverbonestock'??

I sent him $240 via paypal last Friday for 2006 Z springs and struts and I haven't heard from him since. He told me he'd ship the items on Wed with a tracking number but I've yet to hear back from him. PM'ed him several times and tried emailing him. Anyone know him by chance? Any advice?

Good luck with that. His money is as good as gone unless his paypal account is connected to a credit card instead of a bank account.

and dont cancel your claim until he refunds you. cause once you cancel your first claim, you can try to file a second one. you get one shot only.

I don't believe it was legit at all. Guy materializes selling a Greddy TT asking $6000 then drops price drastically to another guy who materializes out of the woodwork as well and purchases the kit yet won't install until August?

Legit?

Sounds like Neverbonestock just gave someone the "bone". His motto "bend over and leave the driving to us"

neverbonestock has been buying and selling parts here for 6 months. No one has complained about being stiffed. Why not give it a couple of weeks before calling out the dogs.

Paypal only gives you 30 days to file a complaint.

I hope you used your credit card. You can call them to do a chargeback and they can deal with the mess.

If you used your bank account then you may be SOL. Paypal flat out lies when they guarantee you can get your money back. If he's already withdrawn the money from his paypal account they will tell you that "although you won the dispute, there are no funds to retrieve". Something doesn't add up on this guy. He is now STILL trying to sell his tit. gunmetal GTS wheels that he never got a month ago when he was claiming to be selling a set of golds. Who the hell claims to have a set of gold wheels, want to sell them to get the tit. ones, then get them confused when trying to sell them less than a month later?

That is what paypal said to me too on a transaction. Luckily though I had used my Credit Card (AMEX FTW!!!) for the purchase. Paypal makes you wait that 10 days or whatever it is. Gives the person plenty of time to take the money and run. I would start a claim today with paypal, you do it all over the internet. Gather as much info as you can. I faxed in all my pm's and emails.
