I saw ICY in da small Escreen da one next to the Volts RPM ?

You're joking I hope...It simply means that the temperature outside is cold enough for ice to form if there is enough moisture on the streets (ie, rain, sprinkler overspray, etc). It's just a courtesy warning.

i just took my car today from the company , they put for me double Heat cover under the gear , i think between the body and the Exhaust , after that "ICY" just came !
