Well, I was driving down the LIE (main HW here on Long Island) It was about 7:40am. Good amount of traffic. Lil rain. I was driving and there was a slight sudden stop. I looked around and everything was ok and 2 seconds later....BAM!!! I was dazed at first. I thought I did something lol. A few seconds go by and I think to myself..."****, I just got rear ended" A bit of rage starts to build up inside of me. I get out and see what happend. A new 3500series Dodge pickup hit the 19yr old girl behind me and the girl hit me, I hit the lady in front of me and she hits the person in front of her. When I got out, the car that the lady in front of me hit leaves the scene. It was a silver Tiburon. We didn't care....but my bumper was scratched up in the rear and the front had some scratches. The girl behind me had all the damage. She needs a new rear end. N E ways, i'll have pics up tomorrow. Nothing bad...but still. I just got the car!

 

That blows man. Traffic sucks. Glad to hear its not too bad though.

 

what a buzzkill, hate to hear about that. hopefully you can get it fixed and put it behind you.at least it didnt go on for 100 cars or something. that an insurance nightmare.

 

I feel your pain. Got my 06 last January. Got rear-ended by a friggen Neon in October....4000 in damage. Got that all fixed up and then got rear ended AGAIN! in March by no one other than my girlfriend! LOL. That was another 3000 in damage.

Get her all fixed up good as new man.

Sux to have something like that happen. Even though its a few scratches, just the thought of a car like that getting hit. Ouch!

 

A friend of mine ran into a wall and got a minor scratch on his 300zx that he bought that week. I popped my tire minutes later on a curb. It also happened to be Friday the 13th. . .

 

man I know how you feel that sucks ...I got rear ended 6 weeks after I got mine...by some old guy in a beat up cavilier...luckily i never hit the guy in front of me...damage was 1700 for a new bumper/paint crash bar and new muffler...hope you get everything worked out...gotta love nyc

Time for an aftermarket front/rear combo. But don't do it without the sideskirts, though.
