With luck I'll be in my Z in two days. Had trouble finding the right one. Had one sold out from under me and others with holes in em. Going to NC to get it, pain but worth it and besides I'll be 500 miles closer to breakin it in No longer will I be a Zless schmuck like some on the forum What Z do you ask? Lemans Sunset Performance of couse, the color is just too beautiful to pass up

 

Congratulations and welcome to the club.

Be sure to vary your rpm's some on the way back to Destin. Don't want to break it in all at the same rpm. You can do this by varying the speed by 5 to 10 mph occasionally or by running in 5th gear for a while. Also, try to hold it under 4,000 rpms .

Congratz on the new Z. I also picked mine up last Saturday at a dealer over 150 miles away. I wasn't letting the Dealer drive it back, and I didn't have the extra $$$ to pay to have it flat bedded here.

The trip was a delight. The new Z is awesome!
