i got egged last weekend...and if i caught whoever did it....i wore get in my expedition and run over their asses.... and when they are down...id leave them in the sun and make an omelet on their asses. Then id make them eat it and say "Since you like eggs this much" muahahahahzz.. But only if i had caught them grrrrrrrrrr

 

 

Yeah! and if the jerk could still drive after a beat-down, if I was able to I'd hop in my car and follow the person - to freak them out and see where they go so I can track them down at a later time hehe!

I wish I could say I am more mature and would "do the right thing" and be nice to the person and call the police and let insurance handle it...but the truth is I am not, and I would REALLY freak out if this happened to me. I would really flip $hit. I know its "just a car", but its MY car, and I've waited so long to be able to get one, and I would be so super furious if I saw someone screwing with it.

 

That's the "true" question here: what exactly is the "right" thing to do in this situation? Let them destroy your property and get away with it without punishment of any kind? Or inflict physical harm and deal with the subsequent legal issues?

I don't think being underage or "immature" gives anybody a blank check to run around and destroy someone's vehicle. If I caught someone destroying my Z, my first thought would be that this coward is infringing on my personal rights and property. Sure messing someone up over a car might be considered senseless by some people, but it's nowhere near as senseless as the wanton destruction of property.

Hmmmm, I wonder what the laws are governing the destruction of personal property in Virginia? How far can you do to DEFEND your personal property?

In United States of Lawyers, I would call the cops, get a police report, contact my money sucking insurance co and then get a nice custom paint job for cash and use the rest of the settelment for some other mods.

 

They would have a gun to there head till the cop arrived. I would probably also break an arm as i detain them.

I'd tie a chain to the back of the car and the other end to their leg and hit up the track.... maybe a few 1/4mile runs. Won't be so funny when they're bouncing up and down off rock hard cement at a million miles an hour...
