I ordered a top preserving product (303) from the OCD Garage web site on July 3rd that I thought I saw someone recommend in a post on this forum for my wifes' roadster. The web site said 25.95 but the order amount was 29.95 which I mentioned in the comments. I got an email back from them the same day saying they would take care of it. They charged my card on July 6th but I haven't received any product, they won't respond to any of my emails and the number that was on my credit card bill is no longer in service.

This isn't a biitch because I know things happen but I've emailed them several times with no response so consider this a warning.

 

Interesting, I have ordered from them numerous times and have not had any problems. Have you tried calling them?

Sorry, didn't see that. I just called the 800 number on their website, hoping that it was a different one than the one on the credit card bill but that one too is disconnected.

Sorry to hear about your charges, but you're still gonna need the cleaner, so I would recommend buying it from the autogeek site.

Somebody must know somebody (or perhaps this was just a strange coincidence) because I posted this rant yesterday and I got a response this morning...

Your order went out this morning and was upgraded to USPS Priority so you should get it by tomorrow or Saturday the latest.
