Supercharge it (find a good mechanic you trust) a good mechanic can build you a supercharger kit for dirt cheap & install it for cartons of cigarettes.
Exhaust.
Nismo V2 kit (or just front)
Nice 19in/20in cheap wheels (TSW Thruxton, Axis blahblah)
Buy some cheap springs
Avic D3 w/ 12 in sub
AUT Eyelids
Blackout the headlights
Tint
Tune it
Oil Change

you say u've worked and installed many turbo kits on cars and yet you dont know that 306 HP model does not equal 300 whp.....

I'd dump it all into a built engine & FI..you'll be the king of the road (most of the time).
There's a reason you saved up a *whole* 13k. The perfect amt for a nice FI system. Afterwards, you just need to spice the exterior up, little by little...
Just check out a few member galleries; the sweetest looking Zs are all FI and have a cosmetic makeover.
I love the $9k TT installed&tuned deal. Then you have 4k to do as you wish; build the engine or get some rims, etc.

these are some of the things id like to get done, however, i know that i can't get all of them because 13 grand won't cover it
-seibon CF hood with Buddy Club 2 body kit
-greddy twin turbo kit with intercooler
-greddy evoTT exhaust or Evo2
-tein flex coilovers w/ UPBM
-tein edfc
-diamond black volk gt-7's 19"
-nismo headers
-air intake
-bride seats with takata harnesses
-2006 tails and dual projector heads
-CF parts (pillars, radiator cover, battery cover, ...)
but what would you guys do??
im looking to make my ride look good, but also give it a little extra then what its already got. id like to get up to 300+ at the wheels...so...if that helps. and i realize the TT kit will obtain that...but idk...
what do you think??

You are at a weird price point. 13k is a decent amount of money as it is way more than you need to do a bunch of n/a mods, rims, and body panels, yet not quite enough if you are looking to do a built tt setup. I believe Forged has a special on a tt Greddy package for around 10k installed and possibly tuned (again not sure and I am certianly not speaking on behalf of them but it might be worth a phone call to them) this should be a 5-7 psi setup good for about 380rwhp on a normal dyno and you would have money left over for gauges, clutch, ect. Of course you would be on a stock block but I believe yours is a revup and you have better connecting rods than us non rev-ups. I say go for the sleeper look and get some power first and then add the bling, but that's just me.
