Just to expand on my earlier post, it seemed like everyone had a name for their car growing up, I don't remember all the individual names but my father's tricked out van, my uncle's Chevelle, other family's mustangs, pickups, were all named. Folks took a lot of pride in their rides and named them. Unfortunately, there was not a whole lot of creativity. Too many Mustang's were Sally I also remember a lot of Betsy's and Lucille's.
Even though folks don't name as much, I still hear a lot of folks refer to their cars as "she" when talking about it.

Technically, a Z or virtually any car for that matter can be classified as a living thing. They need food (fuel), air to breath, they have a brain, a variety of organs, they expel waste etc etc.
The only thing that really seperates itself from TRULY living things is that cars are not sentient.
Sounds kinda weird but I do believe cars have 'souls' of some kind.
