Unhappy car trouble

I don't know if someone is trying to mess with me or the're trying to steal my wheels but yesterday morning something unfortunate happen to me. As I drove off to Starbuck as usual traveling at a speed of 15 or 20 mph, all the sudden I heard a weird noise that I never heard before. I initial thought was to pull over and take a look at it but before I could react I could see in my mirror that my rear wheel has detached and start rolling 20-30 ft toward the sidewalk. Luckily I was going at the low speed and not much damage to the car (not that I know off since it is in the shop right now) except for my rear bumper.

I am just writing this as a warning for those who live in San Jose especially North Park Apt near first and tasman.

PS if anyone have a rear silverstone bumper and want to get rid off please pm me
