find a large deserted parking lot and just light them UP!! next, find an industrial park with a few 90 degree turns and lanes 3 cars wide. hit those at about 20 then open the throttle, small drift LoL, that will get the heart racing! at least thats my latest thrill, can't go fast anymore, thats what the cop told me, lol
a Ferrari can be boring if you never spank it a little, mmwhahaha!

Not to ***** up this thread, but I've had three Vipers and a Superformance Cobra. All of which put between 550 - 980 rwhp on the dyno. ( RSI 650 package w/ 300 shot ). i can honestly say the Z is the most fun car I have ever owned. The other cars may have been mid 10 sec na. or mid 9 sec on spray cars, but they were incredibly violent. Reliability was never an issue with them either so it comes down to everyday enjoyment.

You might be bored because you haven't been modding purposefully. +1 to those who suggested high-performance driving courses. If you care to take your driving to the next level, there's a whole new world to explore, and a whole new world of modding.

Meh, I understand the OPs opinion occasionally. I get pissed with all the rattles, etc. Part of the problem is my usual DD is down for the count right now, and my Z became my DD. It's hard to have fun in a car while you're driving 12mph every day. But, once the DD gets back on the road, I'll get back to enjoying the Z on the weekends, as she should be driven.

+1
Every time I fly back to visit my parents and I cart them around in their '99 Camry, I come back with a new appreciation of my Z

So start saving your money. As soon as your fanancially capable (maybe you already are) buy a new car. The best car for the money under 40k is def not the Z. If I were you I would upgrade to an e46 m3 (year 2000-2006). In my opinion the only way to upgrade from our Z's is to go to BMW's M series next, then Z06, porsche and ferrari territory after that.
